Love this place they treat my daschund with so much care and love. I love that they are able to always work with your schedule and are prompt to respond in any emergency. I'm super happy and would recommend it to everyone. They are the best!!!
My cat needed emergency surgery during the days following Hurricane Helene, and my primary vet was without power. My doctor recommended this office, and I was extremely nervous to have a doctor I'd never met perform surgery on my pet.
However as soon as I walked in the office, I felt confident that they would do a good job. The entire staff is welcoming and compassionate and care about every pet that comes through the door. My kitty's emergency surgery went very well, with updates ever step of the way via text and phone calls. I wish I could give Crosswinds 10 stars! Everyone there treats my fur babies like their own. They are compassionate, VERY responsive, and knowledgeable. I have been going to Crosswinds for almost two years since I moved to GVL, and I can’t express how grateful I found them. Dr. Hait has been amazing with both of my dogs, but especially my 15-year-old lab who is in there quite often. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
