First time here, excellent service. We have a sometimes reactive pup and they were great with her. Made us feel very comfortable. Wry clean inside. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this place.

I was a new adult pet owner looking for another vet for my senior cat after being dissatisfied with Banfield on Lauren’s Rd. I discovered a lump on my cat’s side and Banfield didn’t want to even test it, so I wanted another opinion to be 100% sure. I’ve had him for 11 years and I want the cat to live a long healthy life! Crosswinds has good reviews and it’s close to where I live and came recommended on a Reddit post when I asked. When I did the new client app on their website and called, they called me back and were able to get us in a few business days later. Dolly the boxer had an appointment recently at Crosswinds. She never shows anxiety about coming here because everyone is always so hands-on and loving with her. Dr. Hait and Nicki, the tech, were absolutely wonderful with Dolly, and their thorough examination, diagnosis, and treatment put me completely at ease. We were at Crosswinds a few months ago and had Dr. Brauneis. She was great also. I strongly recommend Crosswinds Animal Hospital on Verdae Blvd.
