Very friendly receptionist. She was able to address some issues that calling into the 800# was unable to address with new account that was set up. Also very easy to stop and drop off a check with money available quickly rather than wait for snail mail. Will continue to deposit checks at this location for solo 401k.

I was at this location about a year ago and no issues with my experience. I had a stock certificate that I wanted to sell and the representative was very helpful with this and helped me open a brokerage account, at the same time. Very professional!

I've only been to a couple branches just to make a deposit. The Greenville branch is friendly. Clientele of all walks of life and all ages.When I arrived, the gentleman at the front desk was helping a lady set up a CD from her laptop. It's a pretty common opinion that the Schwab website and it's mobile apps aren't modernized as Wealthfront and likeness thereof . I thought it was cool that she was getting helped instead of waiting to enter an office with someone.Also making a deposit was done at the front desk, instead of going into an office like I did at a different branch.
