the staff is nice, but my hair was awful when I left. First the color is super splotchy. I thought it was just the lighting when i wss looking at it, but I had another hairdresser ask me if I dyed it myself because it is so splotchy. So that confirmed it wasn't the lighting. It was the dye. Second, the hair cut was nothing like I asked for. I kept showing her the video and stills of what I wanted but she just wouldn't cut it like that. i sent exactly what i wanted to them the day before when they asked me for it. Outstanding service here. I love Madeline. She's super sweet, nice, friendly, and truly listened to me and my hair concerns. I came in with a disaster from a different salon, and Madeline took the time to not just look at my hair, but walk me through what we could do on day 1 and how she's going to approach my hair in follow up appts. She truly takes her time w/ her clients, and focuses her attention to the details to make my hair look healthy and naturally highlighted. My third appt is already booked.
I just moved to the area so looking for a new stylist is always so challenging and nerve racking, I had visited 2 other salons in town and they were ‘ok’. Ashley was my stylist and she was absolutely wonderful!! I love my color and she cleaned up my layers perfectly! I’m so happy to have found this salon - I can’t wait to come back! Not to mention, the studio itself is such a vibe!!
