We have used Borden Pest Control for many years now and we are so happy with the service we receive. Roger is an amazing tech and always so polite and willing to answer any questions I have.

Mediocre at best. Customer service is kind but not overly knowledgeable. The service itself is not very thorough. It helps that the contract includes free follows up visits but our issue was so minor I shouldn't have to keep calling to make follow ups. Also, their technicians have been late and no show to just waste my time.

$800+ for 10 yr contract, plus $100 each.year for annual inspection -- which I have to remind them about, or they won't come. They inspect for termites we pay them to guard us against..... in the last 20 years we have paid them over $2,000, we have had to replace our bedroom floor twice-- at a bare minimum cost of around $6,000 each time, and paying friends to help us.Additionally, clients in town have paid them to rid their homes of bed bugs, which they said they did. The clients had to get rid of and replace their furniture -- on low income. The bed bugs were not irradicated, and another infestation treatment will cost them not only the fee of another extermination,...read full review
