Lora and the whole Apogee team were phenomenal! So welcoming, kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable… really listened and genuinely wanted to help and get me back on track. Enjoyed working with Lora and if I ever need physical therapy again I will not hesitate to call her!
Therapy with Lora was life-changing! I have been struggling with pain & was completely inhibited from doing a lot of things I wanted to do. Lora was kind, patient, and really listened to my individual needs. I really appreciated her patient-centered approach and the way she treated my like family each time I stepped in the building. I started with Apogee during my 2nd trimester of pregnancy. They taught me about strengthening my pelvic floor, labor positions, breathing exercises, hip health and overall stability of my body. I am stronger this pregnancy and ready to give birth this time around.
Each staff member was very genuine and supportive of my therapy journey. They didn’t rush me or make me feel uncomfortable in any way. I worked with three therapists here and each time they knew who I was and what I needed to work on. I really appreciated not having to explain the problem I was having to each therapist.
