We bought a new house that was constructed by Apex. We love the house, but of course, it came with some new build issues.Initially our expectations weren't being met for the things that needed fixed or replaced, but then Austin (from warranty) got on the job and has been amazing. We really appreciate his honesty, professionalism, and workmanship.

***UPDATE***Well, these folks sure do follow through on their commitments. It may have taken a little longer than what was promised, but I'm pleased to share that they've corrected all my issues.-----------------------------------I'm still waiting for them to send out the drywall and garage door people to fix issues they're taking me are normal settling. I've built a new home before, and it never had these issues. The next call is code enforcement.

Update: company has made the situation right so I have given them a better review. I appreciate this very much! Plus they currently have hired a better HVAC company.They built the house we bought a year and half ago and we have had nothing but issues. First, after 2 days in the house we found cracks in our unused tub and finally was able to get them to fix it when the warranty team said no. Then AC went out last summer so the company who installed it came out and it was a horrible experience (took 3 weeks, 2 techs, & then manager coming out). Then found out we had no insulation in our attic, hence our $500 utility bill. Then this year turned on our AC & it stopped... read full review
