Drove from Spartanburg to Greenville for an emergency visit for our fur baby. The staff was attentive, concerned, and kind. The facility was clean and the intake process was timely. I appreciated that they prioritized the more serious cases first, even if we had to wait a little longer. Bishop was scared, but the staff was very patient and sweet to him. Grateful they are open 24/7. Hope one is built in Spartanburg! Care and services provided. Cleanliness.
Wow! Dr. Sampson is wonderful! She was so thorough and made me feel so comfortable her taking care of my baby! Even though I got bad news about my Mayzy's diagnosis, she was very comforting and supportive regarding the care of Mayzy. Told me I could call her with any questions and support I needed!! Thank you!!
