I was very happy with the assistance I received from the Walmart employees in the vision department. They had amazing customer service and helped me quickly; however, the doctors side was not very helpful. I was desperate for vision and guided to come here from the connected Walmart location I go to. Walmart was able to verify to the doctor I have been a customer for a long time. They pulled up my account and prescription no problem and saw that I just placed an order with them days prior. The doctor had still made the executive decision to not honor Walmarts customer service and provide me with a sample contact to hold me over until my order arrived…… I’ve never... read full review

I don't normally write reviews but I have to let others know not to waste their time at this place. I gave it 2 stars because I really like the selection of glasses they have but that's it.The staff has become rude, they don't care about the customers and the level of service is horrible. Go somewhere else!

I recently had to get some glasses after my stroke . I went to the vision center . I was very impressed with the selection and the help offered. She was very patient with me . I would recommend them anytime.
