We have been using this establishment for the better part of 15 years now. They do personal and business tax and accounting work.They have always been super friendly when we’ve needed to contact them and ask questions. If they are rude to you as one reviewer has stated, I can guarantee that it’s because the phone call started off with a rudely asserted demand, They are always busy, so don’t expect to be catered to and hand held, but if you need accounting work done correctly, on time, very acceptable price, and usually very sweet and professional demeanor. If I could give more stars, I would. Claudia was absolutely a life saver. She and the rest of the staff are working around the clock to get everyone's taxes prepared. Claudia is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions.

Ripley's is fantastic! I started using them in 2015 when I was stationed in Charleston and I have been completely happy with the service provided! I still use them even while I live in New England! Miss Vivian is an absolute darling to work with. She's patient and is willing to work with you on any issues. She found me an additional grand on my taxes one year. I assure you I would not have found the same. Throw away your big box tax store (H&R etc)! If you're looking for a mom and pop shop that truly wants to help you with you taxes, try Ripley's. I cannot say enough positive things about this place.
