My appointment was at nine. The technician showed up at nine on the dot. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He told me what he was looking for and showed me in both bathrooms and in the kitchen. He then inspected the garage and explained what to look for in there. He then inspected the outside and told me about how to keep things in the best shape to avoid termites. He was finished in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend.
The people on the phone were very helpful. The technician was also kind, on time, and there were no issues with the service. I was also very late with transferring the contract to my name from the previous owner. They understood my confusion as a new home owner and worked with me to get on the old contract. I appreciate their understanding and help.
