“GCHAC came out for our normal maintenance, and found a refrigerant leak. The tech showed me where, got me a quote that was very reasonable. The office called the next morning to schedule the repair. When Tommie came out, he was able to access the leak and found it to be at the valve and not in the pipe joint itself. He was able to repair for significantly less than the quote and saved us hundreds! This company is always honest, professional, reliable and very knowledgeable. “I was scheduled for discharge from the hospital the week the temps dropped into 30s and our heat quit working . This is the second time I've called customers preference for service and again, the response was immediate, efficient, and heat working again within an hour of arrival. “The service I received was very good. My air conditioning was not working so I called Air Pro in the morning and a service person came out that afternoon. The service person was Anthony Ramirez and he was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He asked what had transpired with our air conditioning and I told him what I had done to look at it. From what I told him he felt it was a clogged condensation drain pipe. He went to work and in short order had it fixed.“

I wanted to add how awesome this Company really is. Last night 6/5/23 I heard water leaking in my attic. The air handler that that they replaced was leaking. I called them at 1030pm and Mike the Manager called me back 15 minutes later. He sent a guy over the same night that was coming from James Island.
