10/10 would recommend Hood's for your tax preparing needs. They listened and addressed my concerns surrounding entitlement to certain deductions. I really appreciate their convenient online portal service where you're able to upload all your documents, chat with your preparer, and sign paperwork without ever having to leave home. This year a different for us with taxes. Nanette understood my situation and set me up with John whom I appreciated figuring out my taxes for the year. My family has been here for years, always appreciated the kind service provided and I was glad to have the team helped me out this year especially!

I have been paying Hoods to process my tax returns for many years. Miss Margret is wonderful and does a fantastic job. However they have hired an older receptionist at the front who has terrible people skills. Never smiles, acts as if your presents is an imposition, can not multi task at all. She seems as if she contrives pleasure by making you wait. When a person comes in a office in person they should be acknowledge and take precedence over a phone call. I guess one bad apple can spoil experience.
