We woke up yesterday morning to no hot water. We called a different company we used for our HVAC and without even testing anything on the water heater, told us we needed a whole new water heater and quoted us $2600. We called Goose Creek Heating & Air for a second opinion and without telling them about our other experience, Tommie checked everything on the water heater and told me that everything was good with our water heater but it was an issue with the load control transponder through the electric company. Not only did he save us a ton of money but was extremely professional and friendly! Highly recommend this company!
GCHAC came out for our normal maintenance, and found a refrigerant leak. The tech showed me where, got me a quote that was very reasonable. The office called the next morning to schedule the repair. When Tommie came out, he was able to access the leak and found it to be at the valve and not in the pipe joint itself. He was able to repair for significantly less than the quote and saved us hundreds! This company is always honest, professional, reliable and very knowledgeable. If we ever need repairs again, I will request Tommie. He did a great job and is super nice!
Goose Creek heating and air helped fix an issue another company created when they did a poor job installing new duct work just 2 years ago. Goose Creek Heating and Air responded quickly, was knowledgeable and had professional and friendly workers. I would definitely recommend them to others.
