My name is Kathryn Goodyear, Attorney/Owner of Goodyear Law, LLC. I graduated from Winthrop University with a Bachelor’s in Sociology, and received my Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law. Prior to law school, I investigated Child Abuse and Neglect cases for the State of South Carolina, and I worked as a volunteer Guardian ad Litem. I’ve worked with Family Law and Estate Planning Firms since 2014, until starting my own firm in January 2020. I have always had a heart for children and family law. Then during law school, I fell in love with Estate Planning. I love helping people with legacy planning for their families, so that they can have peace knowing that their family will be taken care of should something happen to them.
