This company save my life it means of speaking. My dryer element went out. It been broken for almost two months. The last night they came in and rescue me. Goodbye, laundromat, don't have to go there and dry clothes thanks to Carolina appliance repair.
Would definitely recommend Carolina appliance repair. They were prompt. Showed up on time and very knowledgeable. My service tech Larry was amazing and explained everything in great detail. They fixed the problem that four other services couldn't figure out. They are awesome.
Very poor customer service at first, then I filed a complaint with my warranty company. No communication, updates, call back or nothing. Shortly after, was notified my part was in. Raheem came the second time around, better customer service.
