Scott was very helpful and completely transparent when discussing our issues and the potential cost of the repair in relation to the value of the appliance. It is reassuring to know that there are still people out there that care enough to save a customer from costly repairs if that isn't the most viable option. A++.
Matt the technician came out to supposedly fix my father’s brand new Frigidaire stove that we bought from Lowes in October 2024. He said that he needed an additional part, no problem order the part but we still have not received a call back yet about the part or when they will be returning to fix the stove. I’ve called numerous times and they don’t answer the phones. Frigidaire has called several times no answer. The stove is still under the manufacturer warranty.
