I only rated them 1 star because 0 was not an option. I called Spicer on Call out to a rental property that I own for a clogged line and Mr Spicer responded. He was there about 1 hour, did not dig up the tank or run a camera. He poked a hole in the clog, the water went into the tank and he said it was fixed. He charged me nearly $1000. I rent the home to a retired couple. They went out of town for 17 days and on their return, ran one load of laundry and took a shower. Raw sewage backed up into the house. I called Spicer on call again and this time they sent 2 employees out. They dug up the tank, said that the last time the previous person only poked a small hole through. They used the camera this time and found the major clog on the other side of the tank that they said would have happened over years. They were there 3 hours. I then got another nearly $1000 bill for work that should have been done the first time which I disputed. They responded that it had been a month since the last clog and I owed the money. Please put out the word that this company is not reputable and is not to be trusted as they do not stand behind their work.
