We first used them to right all the wrongs of an installation of a condenser unit for our walk-in cooler. We are forever grateful that they agreed to pickup work leftover by someone else and saved our whole cooler worth of merchandise. We have used them many more times since. Just be to frank, yes, some of the technicians were not as knowledgeable as their top techs, but it's been tough in these last few years everywhere. Marie and Terry were super honest and reliable and they quickly sent their best techs or Terry himself actually came to correct any problem until everything was all resolved. Love this company. Been using them for years, 3 air conditioning systems in 3 locations plus a commercial cooler/frideration system. They always respond the same day or no longer then the next day (our experience anyway). Reasonable prices also plus they're good people.
