Excellent service, quick response time and professionalism in a way that encourages growth as well as allows for a level of rapport that makes tech issues seem not so bad! TotalBC not only quickly and thoroughly resolves technical issues (that I have caused), but also takes the time to explain why these things happen and how to problem solve issues on my own. They are dedicated to service and see things through to the end. There are not many companies where you know who the owner is, let alone have access to him when you need that extra bit of reassurance. I highly recommend TotalBC.
