I'll admit, I was skeptical about trying AFT; after all, how could 'smelly things' and various 'scents' help me do anything other than smell good?!? I was WRONG! Once I let go and quit fighting the process and let the aromas into my body, it was a total transformation! I ended the session feel totally rejuvenated and my whole reason for trying AFT was a blurr, almost literally!
