AC out for the weekend so spent time researching for the best. By Monday morning I had found him. It's Ted's AC and Heating. Arrived early and immediately asked me to basically tell him about the system. It had stopped without any obvious sound, or physical except that it got warm in house. I also had had an issue with line spill into emergency tray/system. His assistant went to investigate. Ted found a blown capacitor which was replaced but what was a bit of icing was that Ted heard a rattle/squeak in the cage area and insisted on finding and stopping it which he did. A secondary overflow sensor was installed with see through PVC so I can monitor if I choose but that will shut off the system before any water gets to the tray sensor. All of this work was under $300. I was blown away. Thanks Mr Ted. What a professional.
Ted, Alexis and Staff are all amazing. They worked closely with us and provided options for a new home heating and air system in terms of size and costs for a Carrier unit! Returned my phone call quickly and came out same day. Explained my user error (duh!) and got my fireplace working without making me feel like an idiot - well almost. Thanks so much for your help Ted!
