Fantastic service. I called Russel with an emergency spill (full 12oz of white chocolate cappuccino directly underneath my passenger seat) that needed shampooed/extracted out same day.
Russel was very professional, and I got scheduled within 4 hours right at my house. He slid me in between appointments.
I opted for the full interior detail and my car looks, feels, and smells brand new. Russel took his time making sure everything was spotless and it only took a little under an hour.
I'll for sure be a repeat customer as well as recommending him to detail the rest of my family's cars.
Used Russell in the past on my Charger RT. Called him out for my 2012 fiat that has been parked for just at a year. When I tell you this car was green in certain areas I mean it was green. It's a white car. It was my husband's daily interstate driver before we parked it, and also had a bra on the front of it for 7 years. It was filthy. Russell worked miracles with this car. It's white again!!! And smells amazing. Not like a parked unused vehicle. If you need your car detailed I highly recommend Russell. 10 stars do recommend!!
Omg!!! My car looks brand new! We have two German shepherds and a toddler, so my car was a mess, and there was a ton of mud in the back! I have no idea when the last time we vacuumed my car, so it was a disaster. Sooooo beyond happy with how clean Russell’s made my car!
