“I recently visited Dr. Davis for a routine annual physical. Scheduling an appointment was straightforward, and the staff was friendly and efficient. I waited about 5 minutes before being directed to get labs drawn being it was late afternoon and I have fasted since the day prior. Usually it’s after, upon reviewing my chart, Dr Davis immediately had staff directed me to the lab! I felt I was more than a check mark.Dr. Davis was very professional and made me feel at ease immediately. She listened carefully to my concerns and explained all thr concerns I had about my current health and explained each concern thoroughly. Her explanations were clear and easy to understand, which made me feel confident in her care. I greatly appreciate how she took the time to answer all my questions.The outcomes of my future labs results were discussed in detail, and Dr. Davis provided helpful advice on maintaining and enhancing my health. She also followed up with me via email on MyChart to check on my progress, as well as provide detail explanations concerning each my lab test which I greatly appreciated.Overall, I had a very positive and personable experience with Dr. Davis. She is not only knowledgeable and skilled but also compassionate and approachable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and caring healthcare provider.“

“There are not enough words to express my gratitude for Margie, Kiersten, and the representative that set our appointment at Hair Fairies in Charlotte. When I found out that my son had lice, I panicked. I called four different places that were closer to us and not one person picked up. I called Hair Fairies and they answered. The person that answered said that she was helping someone else but will call me back in a couple of minutes - and she did! She was able to keep me calm, answer all of my questions, and was able to get us in the next day. We were greeted by Kiersten and Margie and immediately felt at home - as much as you can at a lice removal clinic. Margie answered all of our question with patience and understanding. She explained the process step by step and provided us with detailed instructions for what we needed to do at home to make sure that we got rid of the lice - which we did and it did the job!

Margie and Kiersten are the absolute best and they are exactly what a mother needs when dealing with lice. They were wonderful and, god forbid, we ever have to deal with this again, we will for sure go see Hair Fairies in Charlotte. And if we hear of anyone else dealing with lice, we will for sure recommend Hair Fairies!

Thank you to everyone that helped us along the way. As much as you don't want to deal with lice, I am glad that we had Margie and Kiersten guiding the way!

“Fantastic treatment team. Everyone from reception, to the doctor, and even the person who does your vitals. I drive almost an hour to come here because it’s difficult to find people who really care about helping in a specialty like this one. I’ve had doctors that have lied and yelled at me, but not here. The treatment team is very friendly, professional, and they really care about their patients. It’s not a very big office so you get to know the team and I actually look forward to driving almost an hour just to come see them. There are places that are ~5-15 minutes from my home but I’d rather take an hour to come to Ascend Health because of the incredible care that I receive here. I would absolutely reccomend to any struggling friends or family members that they go here to seek treatment. :) 11/10 y’all keep being awesome!!PS If you want help without feeling stigmatized and dehumanized this is where you need to go. I promise you it’ll be okay. They really care about their patients.“

“Took First Shot of 2 Today They Were Very Nice and Caring Very Pleasant Front Deak and Nurses. Not Problems As of 5/18/21.Took Second Vac Shot Today .They Were Very Nice and Care Again.It Was Very Ouick and No Problem With Shot. So I Now Fully Vaccinated. Thank You First Care Medical for During Shots On Sight. 6/22/2021.On 3/1/24 Had to Check on My B.P. was a Little high due to Meds Change and Working on Getting the Right Dose age this vist was the 2nd in 2 weeks. Tried calling But Couldn't Understand the Person who Responded with My New Instructions. I Like that Later My Dr.Followed up With I was Feeling. I Am Please with my Dr Hall Baker and Staff.3/15/24MY Vist was a good and Encouraging Appt B.P. getting back to A good Level after Medicines Change.I Appreciate the Care Dr.Baker and Staff showed to Each Patient and Myself.“
