Quick, clean and friendly. Had 2nd story vents cleaned and the price was a flat rate. Other business like this charge extra for 2nd story or long distance runs. Two people showed up and started the job. They were done in less than 30 minutes. Note, while my vent was not that dirty there was no ups selling for any other products.

Excellent service, arrived early and advised what was needed and what wasn’t, didn’t try to overcharge me. Very respectable and reasonably priced family owned business. I will definitely refer them to friends and family!

This was our second dryer vent cleaning by Hook N Ladder and I highly recommend them! Scheduling is super easy online. They were prompt, efficient and tidy. I am confident that our vents are cleaned and the dryer is running better as well!
