On Mother’s Day weekend, we lost hot water and our garage smelled like an electrical fire. Giles Plumbing answered our weekend call, sent a technician to our home within the hour AND without an extra fee for emergency or weekend service. Peyton diagnosed and explained the unit’s failure, answered our questions, and provided several quotes for us to consider our options. We decided to replace the unit and he did this all within the same day. On top of all this, we paid 4 to 6 times LESS THAN other companies quoted. This company delivers quality service that does not disappoint!
