At 3 in the morning, when we woke up to the sound and sight of water in our kitchen floor, laundry room, garage, driveway, yard and down the street the the drain, Clint was at our door shortly after my call, to make sure the water line was closed. He let us know he could be around until the leak was fixed and our family had water! The water leak was fixed and our home is getting back to better than it was before the leak! Changes to a shower knob, availability to work at our house and final cleanup was the best! Thanks to Clint and his team for making the repairs and considering our family.
Amazing, We recently had a major leak in out concrete slab that our house is built on. We needed to have the house completely repiped. Giles had given me a price which I could agree to, however they couldn't begin the work for over two weeks. After calling the office and explaining that my wife has a dementia and that I really needed to have water immediately, if not sooner. They willing agreed to work with me. Bottom line, we had water, the holes in the walls patched and painted by professionals recommended by Giles, all completed in two weeks. Brandon and crew were terrific and accommodating, and the poor office staff who I continually disturbed with all my calls were always friendly and willing to make sure things were moving smooth and efficiently. Thanks to Giles our plumbing problems are behind us and my wife is happy in an environment she understands. They are A1 in my opinion!
Very kind, professional, and quick with my list of repairing an under the house leak, replaced hot water heater, faucet, and repairing a ruptured outside line. I am grateful for the quick response and the friendly, caring gentlemen that made the repairs. Highly recommended.
