Ham had to lay off his part-time staff during COVID. He has been doing all the jobs (check in, sort, tag, iron, etc.) since then. He never complains and always has a smile on his face.
I moved to Rock Hill a year ago and go back to Regent Park weekly, to use Regal Cleaners, because of Ham.
Ham is hard working, courteous, sincere and cares about the customer.“

“Recently, I broke my ribs so I haven’t been able to drive and now that I’m clear to travel for work it is hurry up and get on the road. Well I forgot to take my stuff to the dry cleaners and of course I was under a deadline, there was no hope of getting my clothes done. So I asked Tonda at Collins If there was anything that could be done. She could’ve said no and sent me on my way, but she called the factory and asked them if they could do me a favor and sure enough was able to get my clothes done in time for my work trip.
