Recently, I broke my ribs so I haven’t been able to drive and now that I’m clear to travel for work it is hurry up and get on the road. Well I forgot to take my stuff to the dry cleaners and of course I was under a deadline, there was no hope of getting my clothes done. So I asked Tonda at Collins If there was anything that could be done. She could’ve said no and sent me on my way, but she called the factory and asked them if they could do me a favor and sure enough was able to get my clothes done in time for my work trip. Collins has been cleaning our horse blankets for years. I've used other locations until this year, and this location is just as friendly as the others. Will use them as long as I can!
The lady who works the front is very friendly. The man with the painted nails needs to work on his customer service skills. Overall good experience and will use their service again.
