Reliable and extremely helpful!I've been told maintenance is key to avoiding problems. I am committed to doing spring and fall check ups to ensure my unit doesn't fail. I called and even though it wasn't urgent Larry made sure to come by within a day or two. Checked outside unit and vents and all is well. Looked over unit and advised a part may need replacing in next visit.Burke has always come thru when I needed them, and have been fast and efficient in their work while making sure I understood what caused issue and how to avoid from happening again. They have done all work on my HVAC for few years and I will continue to call on them for future needs.Service: AC maintenance
Mr. Burke is very professional and knows what he is doing. He had my problem solved and got the part I needed. He came the next day to install. Quick and fast service, and always the gentleman!!!
