The service manager, Robert, was particularly friendly and got the job done quickly. The team also showed great flexibility, accommodating a customer with short notice before a holiday weekend. Overall, Thermo King of Florence is dedicated to providing expert service and getting customers back on the road as soon as possible.
Nice place to bring your reefer. Not overpriced and fast and reliable service.
I was surprised. Lately im pretty disappointed with other mechanical shops all around the country. Specially with Petro and TA. Seems like People there doesn’t want to work at all.
Called in for the fan belt replacement on sb230 TK it's Sunday they closed but tall guy grey beard came to open the store to sell me the 2 top belts what a Jesus amen 🙏 day .. God bless this TK in Florence SC 🙏❤️, now am back to business 🚛🚛🚛,
One of my best experiences at a Thermo King to this day!!!! Robert,Jamieson, Jason and Clint pay special attention to my APU issues. After a double triple, and I even think a quadruple check. It was determined that a new alternator was needed. I drove 3 states from Pennsylvania to South Carolina.Because every thermal king to this location in florence had bad reviews.! They did not disappoint me 😊
