I had to have my AC looked at today. Nelson showed up and was very professional and polite. He performed all his checks on my system and gave me the news. It could have been worse and he explained the process of the work that was going to be performed when he returns. We had great conversation while he worked. He even checked back in to make sure everything was still good. I have a maintenance plan with Quality so I did save a little money on this visit and the next. I highly recommend them should you ever need maintenance or a new unit. All of their techs are knowledgeable on the products in their line of work.

Tried to find a plumber in the Hartsville area at 1pm on Fri afternoon, not one available. Called Quality Service and they scheduled Clyde to come Sat morning. He called and was so pleasant came on time, made repair in less than 30 mins, was professional, knowledgeable, congenial, kind and a wonderful guy. We were so pleased and now have a reliable plumber, electrician and HVAC company we can count on. Thank you so much Clyde! You were such a blessing and not only a plumber but a new friend. We will use Quality for all future needs. Thank you Quality for employing an awesome, professional and great guy. We appreciate you.

Honest, reliable and great customer service I really have to say something about Quality Service Co. From beginning to end it was the best customer service experience that I have ever had. I truly mean that. For years my Air Condition has not be keeping up and my light bills have been high. Less than 4 years ago I bought a 3 ton unit and paid a contractor to install it. They ran new lines and installed a Goodman unit which is still under warranty. This year was the hottest yet so I contacted Quality Service Co. and met Dwight Milliken, Home Solution Advisor.
