It could have been worse and he explained the process of the work that was going to be performed when he returns. We had great conversation while he worked. He even checked back in to make sure everything was still good. I have a maintenance plan with Quality so I did save a little money on this visit and the next. I highly recommend them should you ever need maintenance or a new unit. All of their techs are knowledgeable on the products in their line of work.“
