From day one they were very professional & on time. Scheduled the work, someone called to tell me what time they would be here, they showed up on time, worked very smart, cleaned all of their mess up and even took off old equipment. Can’t say enough good about them. Wish more people would take this kind of pride in their work!!! Thanks guys! Blake and Josh!!!!!
As we all know, when there is a plumbing issue at our homes, that clearly qualifies as an emergency. I called Jordan & Sons plumbing last week for such a matter and they were promptly there the next morning. The service tech took care to correct the problem all while keeping my home clean and tidy. When J&S tells you they are going to do something they do it, and when they tell you they’re going to be there they are on time. I don’t use them bc they are the cheapest. I use them bc they are the best and most reliable. As Ben Franklin stated, “The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.”
Julia along with Josh and the most elite office manager Mrs. Alicia all worked diligently together to turn what could have been a negative situation completely around. I’m so thankful for this family style teamwork of care technicians all working together for my needs. THEY ARE JUST AS GOOD IF NOT BETTER THAN BENJAMIN FRANKLIN AS I USED THEM FOR YEARS PRIOR TO SWITCHING OVER.
