There is a reason why Jacob's Plumbing has been serving Florence for decades. Their Service and non-nonsense approach to business. Discovered I had a water line leak in the wee hours of morning and when I called before operation a real person answered. No answering machine, No answering service when you are depending on a 3rd party to relay important and severe conditions to the company on your behalf. The live person listened to the problem, took my contact information and told me they would have some there in the morning to evaluate. And they followed through and delivered.
