“I took my 9yo Boston Terrier in tonight 6/18 and the staff immediately got us in a room. The tech, Savannah, came in, got all her symptoms and info then said she’d go input all the info and be back in just a few mins to take my Roxie back for the doctor to begin his exam. After maybe 10-15 minutes, another young lady came in the room, explained what the plan was (which yes included money talk) and about how long ( around an hour) things would take. (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name but you were so kind & polite to me as well so thank you). And yes, the dreaded “money talk” with a break down of everythingFew minutes after that, Dr Hammett came in, explained a couple things I had questions about, told me what his concerns were, got some further details on what was going on with my girl and then told me he’d take good care of her. Not even 30 minutes later, Dr Hammett came back with some test results & explained what they meant, answered my questions and was able to to reassure me she was going to be ok!!! It didn’t take them maybe an hour to diagnose and treat my baby. The entire staff was so kind and friendly. And for those complaining about costs, it’s an emergency after hours vet office and maybe y’all need to check into pet insurance. I will definitely use them again if needed!!!“
