I took my 9yo Boston Terrier in tonight 6/18 and the staff immediately got us in a room. The tech, Savannah, came in, got all her symptoms and info then said she’d go input all the info and be back in just a few mins to take my Roxie back for the doctor to begin his exam. After maybe 10-15 minutes, another young lady came in the room, explained what the plan was (which yes included money talk) and about how long ( around an hour) things would take. (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name but you were so kind & polite to me as well so thank you). We had to rush our pomeranian to the vet due to a snake bite. They were very kind and got out little guy all fixed up. We were instructed to follow up with our normal vet for a 2nd round of bloodwork. We just received a call from them to double check to see how he's doing and make sure we were able to get in with our vet and get the final all clear bloodwork. The night we took him in they were slammed with multiple emergencies, and they handled them all with such professionalism. The follow up call to us further shows they care about the welfare of the animals they treat.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Animal Emergency Hospital of the Pee Dee with my beloved cat, Gary, and I am compelled to share my overwhelmingly positive experience.
