Was having a very rough week. Tire blew out, shop was short handed. The manager went over and beyond to make arraignments to get help and get me back on the road to deliver my load on time. Usually be in tire shop for very long hours. She had me in and out and because of her quick thinking I made my delivery on time and kept my great rating with my broker.
