Exceptional from scheduling to service. I will say that Charlie the service tech was amazing. He diagnosed the issue and returned two days later with the parts to remedy it properly. My wife and I both work from home, so it was pleasant to find a technician that just went about his business. It was also welcomed that an explanation before and after the work was offered. Charlie walked us thru both sides and showed us the parts he replaced and explained why they were replaced, Rare. I can't give more than 5 stars, but this experience deserves more.
Thanks to Spring Valley air and Jamie for getting my system together and working with me on the price. Jamie explained everything to me and helped me understand why putting additional money into my old system wouldn't be worth it in the long run. Everything is working great now! Great service, highly recommend.
Our A/C went out this afternoon. The office staff acted immediately, and Mr. John Chavis responded and made the repair as the heat inside the house had climbed to 84 degrees. Very soon, our home was cooling back down. Mr. Chavis has performed routine maintenance on our unit in the past, and he has always provided consistently good service.
