“I couldn't have been happier with my experience with Joe and Revive Spas and Saunas. In contrast to the customer service received from Hot Springs, Joe was informative, honest and reliable. He worked with my difficult situation to remove the old, broken hot tub. Installation went very smoothly. Costs were maintained within the estimate. As for the hot tub itself, I replaced a Hot Springs Vanguard with a Tropic Seas Kona. The spa is slightly smaller and with less frills. Comparing the Kona to a Vanguard is like comparing a Toyota compared to a Mercedes. For half the price, it does the job just fine.“
