Overall, the care is okay, not award-winning by any means, but it is okay. Our doctor seems to be caring and generally interested in my kid's overall health but does give off a slightly judgemental attitude. The front desk staff is less than desirable. It is evident they (particularly the older Hispanic woman who feels the need to have the last word in every conversation) have gotten comfortable in their positions and could use a refresher course in customer service, especially in a medical setting. I don't see this practice being the place I keep my kids forever, but until I can find a better office in the Greenville area(hopefully soon), it will do. As previously... read full review

I love this office. Been here only for my 2 girls. Hensleys been my doc since the original lady retired. Taken all vaccines, owies, infections, and post hospital (youngest, seizures) with them. Each concern, worry, or even just parental comfort has been addressed by this office. I dont always adore the front end but I get they deal with a lot and there's no judgment here. My oldest has a neat mole/birthmark? Hensley has photos to track growth in case we need a well informed referral - etc.Ive never considered anyone else. I came here when I was a child and they are still as delightful as I remember. They heard all of my concerns about my son. This facility is just fantastic in general. I definitely recommend bringing your children here! Everyone’s so nice and friendly.
