Happy with our garage. They handled all permits and were great about notifying us of upcoming events. We were able to save LOTS OF MONEY by having them pour the slab, frame, siding and roof only. We handled electrical, garage track/hardware and actual door (garage door est. was $4k, we did it for $2500), insulating and finishing walls... they did quality work but some estimates were excessive.

Building a new structure while another company is building a pool right next to it in a relatively tight space with limited access adds a good bit of opportunity to show your flexibility and creativity. Vicars worked around it with ease and grace! Shaun was consistently responsive, kind and patient. The studio looks beautiful and BJ gave attention to detail. Four instead of five stars for how long it took to complete, and the plumber’s need to come back numerous times to fix issues. Overall I was very pleased.

Discount Garage just finished a detached single garage for us. It was a great experience working with Derick Rollins and Discount Garage. Everything was handled professionally. They had great design ideas and worked with us to meet the HOA standards. I would definitely use them again!
