From the time we walked in the door we were greeted with kindness. The girl who sits up front was so friendly and knew exactly what to do. We then went to a second waiting area. It took no time to be seen by a tech. She was very professional with the testing and equipment. You then move on to see the doctor. Dr. Perkins was kind and took time to answer all my questions. Once I was done with the doctor the transition to Paul was seamless. Keep in mind this is my first experience with America Best. I used to go to Jervey Eye. This was my first time at America’s Best in Easley SC and I was delightfully surprised! Customer service seems to be a thing in the past but not at this place ☺️ Everyone in this store showed such interest in helping me get a great exam, finding the right prescription for my eyes, finding glasses that looked nice on my face and making sure I got the best deal. Thank you Janice , the technician I saw first, for making me feel at home
