“Gosh I'm thinking my original review disappeared. So, Blue Ridge Heating and Air, installed a ductless mini split unit in my mobile home. It was placed in my living room, where a 12yr old unit has been struggling to keep this area under 85 even wide open. They came installed the unit and it was up and running before the lunch hour. There was an issue unrelated to the install but needed to be addressed. They stayed and made sure everything was in working order before leaving that day. They men were professional, polite, kind, and knowledgeable about all the issues at hand. They cleaned everything up and all you knew was we had a new unit, no trash, no boxes , and no mess. He serviced my entire hvac system he was polite and knowledgeable ? ty for so much for reassuring my family can servive another season with this old unit and not pushing me into something that is not needed. Love the integrity y’all haveWe purchased a new to us home that was due for some remodeling. Dave installed all the plumbing, electrical and HVAC ducting for a new laundry room located in our basement. A new sink, faucet, wiring and lighting. They replaced 4 toilets to the newer high efficiency ones. The upstairs laundry area was re worked they added new venting and moved the plumbing so I can hang clothes and fold!!. They are not the cheapest but they are FAIR and competitive, some of my estimates could not verify being licensed or insured!! This company IS and he stands behind his work with a warranty that is more than double. I have had a bad past experience. I do my diligence now money saved is not saved when you have to call someone else out to fix what you already paid for once. I can't speak highly enough about my experience. Start to finish my me and my family are pleased. Hire them they are honest in an industry that is often not. “Had a very bad experience with Long Heating and Air, they would not honor my warranty. Said "internal error in our system misrepresented you as a warranty customer which caused this issue." Even though, I had confirmation from them stating I had a warranty. Called State Line, they were able to find our warranty and honor it. Helped us out tremendously. They were fast, courteous, thoughtful, and professional. Good honest people. They will be handling our yearly maintenance from now on.“

“Tyler Carter was an absolute hero! Our homes 200amp service failed late Thursday night and I called the company. Tyler called right back and helped me get through the night. He checked back with me in the middle of the night to make sure we were ok. The next morning Tyler came to the house and gave a fair emergency repair price. On Friday and Saturday Tyler knocked it out of the park replacing our panel and service. I am sold on Five Star and the great job they did.
