We were super pleased from start to finish with the people involved in our shower replacement project. They were professional, personable, straightforward and honest. The cost was more reasonable than prices charged by other companies. The shower looks nice and is practical with its showerhead/wand, folding seat and perfectly placed safety rails. Love the sliding glass doors that are made in such a way that they shouldn't allow mold growth. We are not pleased, however, with the non-slip floor design with many indentation pockets. The Bath Fitter technician on 8/12 /24 was excellent. He listened to our minor issues and repaired everything nicely. He was professional and cordial. This gentleman represented Bath Fitter very well, and we hope he would be our service technician again.

Bath fitters did a very good job the guy that did the work did a very good job very and cleaned up after the job was done love the shower me and my wife both liked it wished we done it earlier
