Is this the same Sarge's that use to be located downtown Spartanburg, on Main St., near where Security Finance? If this is, my grandfather was one of the cobblers back in the 70s-80s.

Highly recommend! Brought my wife's alligator skin boots here to get new soles, cleaned, and conditioned and got them back in two weeks. When I picked them up from the very nice gentleman that did the work on them I was more than impressed! My wife loved them so much and I can't thank the gentleman that did the work on them enough. Price was very reasonable and even fixed a little knick in one if the boot tips as a little extra surprise. I will forever come here for all my shoe repairs. Id give it 10 starts if I could!

You know that one pair of boots you just can't part with? I tried 5 years ago to have them resoled. No, they said. I persisted cuz I love these boots.... I took them to 'The Sarge' (as I call him now...) after reading reviews. Sure! He said (after I pushed a bit...). And voila! I have my favorite boots back and a better sole than the original! I love these boots because they are worn and rugged. OH if they could talk.... Lots of stories in that leather. Now I can add a few more... Look at the old soles compared to the new.
