“Dr. Kelley is the best Vet I have ever had! My puppy has had several bad experiences with other Vet offices, so she was terrified to enter another Vet office. Dr Kelley went above and beyond to make my dog Marley feel very comfortable and safe coming to her. My dog does not like slippery surfaces or being up on an exam table so Dr Kelley brought in yoga mats for Marley to walk on and she did her exam on the floor. Dr Kelley is so friendly and welcoming! The office has been able to get my dog in last minute several times. 5 Stars is not enough for Dr Kelly and Daniel Island Animal Hospital.“

“Dr. D. Steele was recommended to us and we could not be more pleased with how he and his staff treat us and our three cats! We have always found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful, and are so impressed with how Dr. Steele's patient and compassionate interactions with our rescues (who are all somewhat fearful of unfamiliar places and persons) make their visits much easier and less stressful than I could have anticipated. We also appreciate that Dr. Steele takes time with us to educate us about the natural behaviors of cats that influence how they respond to things in the home and to answer all of our questions. When one of our cats was injured, we had no difficulty getting her in for evaluation quickly, and the staff (without any prompting on my part) offered advice on how to care for her until her visit in the office. All of the people in this office who have interacted with us and our cats seem to genuinely like and care about animals, and we highly recommend this practice.“

“Our 15 yr old cat was having some problems. So we called Dr. Cappe. She came all the way out to our home. Which is somewhat out of her radius. She is very personal, kind, sweet and knowledgeable. Dr. Cappe and Jade (her assistant) were very gentle with our kitty. Who is very skittish around people that he doesn't know. They spent time explaining what she was going to do. She was very gentle when she took blood from Biggles. Afterward, she explained in great detail how to administer the medicine. We are very grateful for Dr. Cappe and Jade. We recommend Dr. Cappe for all your pet needs. Thank You ?“

Dr. Padgett had laid out all the options but we felt very confident that he would conduct the surgery. Dr. Rains conducted all the tests before and after care. Both doctors were so caring and responsive to our needs for Reba. All the technicians and staff round out the professional team dedicated to Reba's care. This is an on-going progress, Reba will need further care. We feel assured that Clements Ferry has the expertise and is the best place for a positive outcome.“

They are corporate owned entity (NVA) but still focus on what is best for each pet and the surrounding community. Our vet tech was fabulous, explained everything in detail and made Griswold feel very welcome. Easy to schedule online. Refills available with a call. Wellness payment program. Not cheap. But so worth it for the level of care and wisdom of this team.“
