Have bilateral moderate pinched nerve L4 and L5, was on pain meds, took epidural shots in back and steroid shots in hips … went to stretch effects and cannot sing their praises enough! They are MIRACLE workers….Kirk, Nick , and Matt. Go once a week , play pickleball 3x a week, am 65 yrs old , and the nightly pain down my legs and debilitating pain with certain movements are GONE! I am very impressed with the results I am getting with The Stretch Effect! I have a problem with my right knee and after the first stretch I was realizing I wasn’t feeling any tightness which would made me limpoccasionally. I also felt no pain when I woke up in bed, which I always did. Totally unexpected but so wonderful. The stretch has made everything feel younger in my body. I will continue, it works! Nick is gentle and so very careful not to stretch you beyond your comfort level. It’s a game changer that is hard to believe unless you try it!
