“### Updated review ###My first review was a two-star review because after 11 weeks of failing to return calls and I had nearly walked away...HOWEVER, after that initial difficulty I have only good things to say about all of the staff. Eric took me through the initial planning process with several good ideas about how to work with the landscape and lighting. Louise, the landscape architect, was a delight to work with. She is a great designer and effective communicator and it all stems from what is clearly a passion for the work. She took my vague ideas and designed a yard full of color, texture, and visual interest. When I requested a change she did so quickly and improved upon the idea even more.Christian led the project when it was installed. He was very communicative and addressed a few details that needed attention quickly. The end result looked better than I had imagined and I've enjoyed sitting out there and just admiring the view.I'm making the review five stars due to the end product and excellent communication that occurred after the initial review. Overall experience is four stars because of the initial issues which are listed below. I've already referred two friends to them and will continue to do so.### Old review, Oct 2022 ###I'm unsure of what issues they're having lately. Clearly they can make beautiful landscaping as per their photos. However, their customer service is really lacking.Week 1, Wed: they didn't respond to my online formWeek 2, Mon: I called and they said they'd call back in a few days (they didn't)Week 2, Fri: I called again and they agreed to set up a consultation two weeks laterWeek 4, Fri: I called when he had not shown up 40 minutes after our appointment time. He'd forgotten and was across town. Showed up an hour later. Made a plan for the yard and said he'd return with a quote in a week or two.Week 7, Wed: Designer calls and says she’ll be out to see the place in a few days. Not sure if she did but that was the last that I'd heard from her.Week 10, Mon: I call for an update. They say they’ll call back. (They didn't)Week 11, Tue: Still no word.I'm walking away. I had to initiate every conversation (except for the designer calling me) and they aren’t following through with any of their promises.
