Although I had a difficult time with progressive lens, Mike the optical specialist in Conway spent a tremendous amount of time and effort to help me with a specialty lens to meet my needs. Thank you and Valerie for all your time and patience getting me “right”

First the bad. I am new to the area and this was my first visit. I waited 2 hours from my appointment time before the Optometrist came in to see me. I could sort of understand that for a surgeon who had an emergency case come in. But not for an Optometrist. No explanation was ever given. The other staff members tried to keep me company and took care of all the pretesting while waiting on the Optometrist. When he finally came in, he was only with me for maybe 5 minutes. Then as an after-thought, as he was walking out the exam room door, he said, sort of over his shoulder, sorry for your wait. I will probably try a different Optometrist next time.
I have been a patient for years and have never had a bad experience until today. The two associates at the front desk were very pleasant and professional unfortunately they needed to reach out to another associate about the appointment issue and that’s when i was approached by Amy (Amie ) not sure of the spelling. in all of my tears of being a patient i have never experienced the type of rudeness and unprofessionalism that she spewed out if this is the type of employee i would have to encounter i would rather my family and i utilize a different practice which is unfortunate because the doctors there are wonderful
