“I get partial highlights and Jane is an expert at determining the color for my fine hair complementing my natural hair color. She considers the condition of my hair and scalp and then does an excellent job of highlighting my hair without "frying it." I also rely on Jane to cut my hair in the style I want. She welcomes seeing pictures of what I'd like and offers her professional opinion before doing any cutting. Here's a sweet observation about Jane: When I arrived for my cut and color, she noticed I came in with my hair in a ponytail. She did a few highlights underneath my hair so when I pulled it into a pony there would be some natural-looking highlights there, too. So thoughtful! I trust Jane's judgment implicitly.
